Thank You!

I just wanted to thank everyone for all their well wishes. I am keeping myself busy and doing what I can to keep some fitness up. As soon as they pin point what is up I will let you know. I know it is just going to be something small, but I am sure that some of you know just how frustrating it can be. Things have just been getting worse over time and it has just gotten to the point that I seized up.

I also would like to thank everyone for visiting my blog. It is so wonderful to meet new people! Last week when I was a 'stalker' going through many blogs, I came across all yours and read some wonderful stuff.

To Natasha, Mel, and Javachick, you guys have made it easy to blog again for me and I am so thankful that you are still around. :0)

Now yesterday me thinks I may have pushed the boundaries too much for myself... After chiro I decided to try just some easy stuff in the pool. THEN I came home and thought oh just 15 mins on the bike won't hurt... but not stopping there, I did my 30 mins walk. You see, I was just trying my own little tri in my world. lol BIG mistake! Let's just say I had a problem even moving for the rest of the day/evening and it became an early night for me. So, found my limit - which I know I should be getting permission for in the first place but boredom sure does make you do some crazy things some times! lol Tomorrow I go see an Orthopedic specialist to see if we can shed some light on the matter and to pin point what the cause might be.

Today my plans are not that huge, well I guess they are huge in that we sign the legal papers today for our new house!!! Yeah! We take possession on Monday and will post some pics then.

As for workouts I am going to walk, stretch, and some yoga at home. I am NOT pushing it today and if I don't get everything done, I am not going to worry about it as stretching will be my priority. Dance is tonight but I don't think that is going to happen either so I think Grey's Anatomy will be the plan. :0)

Here's to a great day!

Yesterday
Swim: 750 m
Bike: 15 mins
Walk: 30 mins
Stretch
Core work

Today
Walk: 30 mins
Stretch
Core
Yoga: easy 20 mins

I think we all push our boundaries once in a while and then realize it was maybe not the best idea. But as long as no serious damage was done. :)

Congrats on the new house! Must be exciting, I'm sure.
